1. Sourcing profiles for lateral recruitments
2. Co-ordinating lateral as well as campus hiring process
3. Conducting joining and on boarding formalities
4. Obtaining nominations for training programs from participants
5. Obtaining nominations for training programs from managers
5. Obtaining training feedback from participants & Managers
6. Ensuring completion of competency assessment and scoring
7. Reporting hiring and training results
8. Ensuring completion of performance appraisals
9. Updating Employee records on SAP
10. Maintain accurate Employee performance and potential data on SAP
