Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate within Engineering Disciplines
- Preparation of Various Reports, Invoices
- Liaison with department heads for meetings
- Support to Engg Head
- Preparing Sub-Contracts documents
- Arranging meeting rooms and provide necessary assistance.
- Preparing MOM and follow-up with deciplines for action points
- Support to Business Development Team
- Formatting the proposal documents
- Preparing presentations
- Arranging hotel booking and assisting for visa process for employees on deputation or business visa, in liaison with Travel Department
