Job Description:
- DET is the entry level position for supervisory cadre, they will be undergo 9 months training, first 3 months will be class room training at BHOPAL followed by 6 months training in Indore Plant.
- After completion of training successfully, they will be deployed in different departments like Production, Maintenance and Quality depending upon their qualifications and performance.
- These trainees will be provided opportunity for further enhancement of educational qualification based on performance and under company’s policies.
