Job Description: Industrial Engineer to support total supply chain of manufacturing electronic protection and electromechanical relays. Some major responsibilities of the position will be as below:
Requirements:
- To design & implement processes for Product Manufacturing & procurement of Machines & facilities.
- To define & implement Workplace layout & group layout
- To contribute to evaluation of design (existing & new) for manufacturing processes.
- To participate in product related special projects.
- To maintain Time standards (MOST) and derive productivity improvements
- To explore and define all fixtures and tools to the product group.
- Capacity planning in line with forecasts.
- To define work instructions and on job training material
- To co ordinate employee suggestion scheme and Value Added Measure identification and monitoring
- To co ordinate process mapping, value stream analysis and review
- To co ordinate LEAN implementation through Siemens Production System
