• The post holder will provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business and will provide support to the IT Manager.
• The post holder is responsible for supporting and maintaining.
• Providing Desktop & Laptop support to end users-
• Providing Level 1 Support for Printer & Email Problems
• Configuring & troubleshooting problem w.r.t Operating System
• Configuring and Trouble Shooting Handheld devices like Mobile Phones and Tablets
