BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc – Computers/ IT; BBA/ BCA
Job Description:
- Review and update process document (e.g. SOP, Risk assessment) &records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date
- Work closely with Subject matter expertise across SBS to build the flowchart on each process level
- Follow up with respective team on the documentation if there is anydiscrepancy in the template/ if not fulfilled the requirement as stated in the template.
- Consolidation of all the effective documents and Reporting
- Training support for Continual improvement initiatives
- Automation of Kaizen projects Requested
Skills:
- 0-1 Years of Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role of handling documentation based on ISO
- Hands-on experience with MS Office, MS Excel, VBA, Access database & MS Visio for flow chart
- Knowledge on Document Management
- Good Communication(written and verbal) and Listening Skills
- Eye on Accuracy and precision
- Preferred Knowledge of QMS/SMS
- CARA/Trackwise
- Kaizen Education: Preferred but not limited – BE/B.Sc (Comp Sc)/BCA
