Job Description:

  • Building technical expertise through product knowledge, exploring problem-solution mechanism and providing developmental input to R & D, Marketing.
  • Exploring new products, tools & services through cross-industrial expertise and implementing the same within the given time frame.
  • Product seeding through market trials, on-ground implementation of go to market strategy.
  • Impacting the process efficiency through creating IT enablers for sales force& painting contractors.
  • Analyzing service processes, conducting gap analysis, devising & implementing innovative measures, and monitoring service quality through audit & corrective measures to improve the customer experience..
  • Delivering support to Sales Team for boosting key product sales through ongoing field training and developing a mechanism to track the leading indicators.
  • Devising new measures to optimize contractor life cycle management by driving various contractor
    engagement programs, capability building exercises and continuous monitoring of programs in alignment with set objectives.
  • Managing CRM interface to improve sales team response time and providing timely resolution.
