1. Tell us about yourself

Most of the time first question the interviewer is asking is “tell us about yourself / introduce yourself”! This question is to analyse your confidence in presenting yourself.

2. What are your strengths & weaknesses?

This is one of the most significant fresher interview questions since the employer evaluates your strengths for the job role and your capability to new challenges.

When you have to communicate your weaknesses with your hiring manager, it is not recommended to say that you do not have any weakness.

3. What are your hobbies?

You might think why the interviewer is interested in your hobbies, the main point for asking this question is to check your energy level and personality based on your hobbies you mention and employer evaluates how best you can fit for the organisation culture.

4. What do you know about our company?

This is important questions being asked by the employer, from your answer interviewer will analyses how much you’re interested in the company.

5. What are the benefits of hiring you?

This is a tricky question asked by the employer, this question is about how you will show case yourself with the right skills and your convincing ability about the position they hiring you.

6. Why are you interested in this job in our company?

This is also a common interview question for fresher’s. The employer want to check your knowledge or research you have done about the company for this job.

7. How much salary do you expect from the company?

Talking about your first salary as a fresh graduate is exiting, but as a fresh graduate it is a difficult question.

8. Do you have any questions for us?

If the interviewer ask this question, then it is understood that, they are no longer asking anymore questions to you. Perhaps they want to check your interest in the job.

9. Thank You Note

Once the interviewer says you can leave for the day, don’t just walkout from the interview room if it is in person or logout from system if it is online interview. Just say some thank you note.
