- BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience OR
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 to 9 years of relevant experience
Job Description:
As the TM/LINE INCHARGE-Engine Assembly you will be part of the Plant Operations and will report to theSection Head – AL. Phase.
The purpose of your role will be to manage factors of production like manpower, production tools & inventory in an optimal manner and follow the laid down SOP’s of the EA function.
Responsibilities:
- The position serves as a focal point of Engine Assembly operations within the company
- Requires coordination of work with direct reports workmen, contractors,
- Support departments and management to ensure timely delivery of quality products to Customer
- Read blueprints and technical drawings
- TPM, Improvements such as Reducing set up time and machining time through process improvements with Production planning, execution, estimating and reporting
- Shift Operations – A & B Shift
A Day in the life
Manage factors of production like manpower, production tools & inventory in an optimal manner and follow the laid down SOP’s of the Engine Assembly function.
Technical Skills/ Knowledge:
- Experience of IMS (ISO & OHSAS) & Documentation
- Experience of TPM
- Experience of Safety & HIRA
- Ability to read & draw engineering drawings & blueprints
Behavioural Skills:
- Gujarati Language skills to deal with primarily Gujarati-based manpower
- Eye for details
- Comfortable to work in Shifts A + B Shift
- Behavioural-Based Safety Approach
