Position: Systems Engineer

Role Description:
We are looking for a Systems Engineer with good systems administration skills, and added advantage of having knowledge on infrastructure automation, containerization and public/private cloud implementation. The candidate should have experience in customer interactions, requirements gathering with excellent communication skills. The role involves continuous collaboration with partners, business analysts and product teams, following Fidelity best practices / methodologies, thorough understanding of the product roadmap.
Candidate Description:
- Help automate installation procedure using Chef/Ansible
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues quickly and thoroughly
- Experience working with distributed teams in different time-zones
- Strong commitment to quality, documentation and engineering excellence
- Willingness to learn new infrastructure technologies
