Job Description: We have the below position – Customer Support Product Engineer + Product Testing : Are you interested?
- Expertise in. understanding international customer issues about the product, troubleshooting. This is technical, challenging, difficult job role and hence we hire only B.E B.Tech in Comp Sc or EnTC.
- Candidate should have excellent, excellent written communication skills for writing emails to our US customers.
Candidates who have had their education entirely in English medium, been from recognized schools and colleges and good academic percentage. - Resolving technical queries, issues, bug fixing of the product.
- Knowledge of Linux, PHP, Html, SW Testing & SQL queries, networking will be added advantage.
- Conducting audio sessions with Customers on GoToMeeting
- This job is in 3 shifts as have to serve the US & Eu customers.
