Job Description:
Regular:
- Design and development for customer projects.
- Modeling and drafting with software like Pro-E is a must
- Work on SAP from creation of BOM.
- Customer Project Management for Conventional Injector (1FH, 2FH, STH & NBFE Injector).
- Ensure adherence to Project management FLOW guide lines
- Coordination with all stake holders for development/Innovation projects.
- Actively participate and practice DRBFM
- Trouble shooting of complex issues
- Risk Management & Prepare a risk assessment based on FMEA.
Periodic:
- Quality Management (8D, FTA, DOE, Prod. Liability)
- Actively participate, contribute in team for innovation projects.
- Trouble shooting of complex issues
- Risk Management & Prepare a risk assessment based on FMEA
- Carry out Investigation and testing for the Field issues
Additional Information:
- Basic knowledge of Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge of Diesel Injection system
- Hand on experience on Modeling software preferably ProE
- Good communication skills, team player and customer focused
- Exposure to MS office tools, SAP- preferable
