Eligibility Criteria for Vestas Recruitment 2023:
- Bachelor / Master / PhD in Electrical / Power System / Embedded / Electrical & Electronic / Power system / Similar specialization
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Software Development Cycle
- Experience in C++ & Python are preferred
- Python, R, MATLAB programming and M scripts
- Capable of defining the vision within the field of Design quality/Reliability
- Good communication skills in English orally and written
- Good leadership and communication skills and capable of acting as a motivator
- Capable of delivering short term results without losing the long term vision
Job Description:
Power System Integration Module – Module Quality & Customization is a sub module in ACE in Vestas Power Solutions, Vestas Power Solutions is a business unit where new product ideas are developed, matured, improved, maintained and tested. Vestas Power Solutions operates on a global scale with more than 2100 employees. As a Sub Module Department, We are responsible for Quality of the Design Deliverables across the Module positioned in DK , Porto and Chennai.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure and Own the Process for Effective Support on Reported Failures across the Module
- Facilitate and conduct RCA, Failure analysis and other quality issues with sub modules and stakeholders outside module
- Ensure closed loop quality by recording and implementing all modes of lessons learned in new projects
- Identify and Initiate Quality Improvements in module & responsible for Performance Dashboard
- Understanding of Power System components with an overview on Plant Controllers, Grid Models, Grid Integration, Environmental Controls
- High-level understanding of Power System working principles
- Failure modes for Software Development Process
- Analysis, modelling, simulation, simulation tools
- Lab testing and verification methodologies
- Significant experience in experimental physics and design of test/verification
