Job Description:

• Management of Shift Operations of Soda Ash Plant / Cement Plant / Salt Plant / Chlor Alkali Plant.
• Production as per established quantity & Quality standards.
• Plan for Annual Shutdown & other plant stoppages of the respective plant.
• Safety Management & Compliance during plant operation
• Improve plant efficiency / optimum plant operation condition
• Carry out work as per Safety Work Permit System
• Planning & Allocation of work to staff
• ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001
• Emergency Management
• Coordination with Maintenance Dept.

Required Candidate profile:

• • Tata Chemicals is looking for Female Profiles to hire as Production Managers in various production plants like Soda Ash, Cement, Salt, Chlor Alkali etc.
  • Candidate must have experience of Unit Operations or Process Engineering, Shift Management in a Chemical Industry
