Job Description:
- Support with implementation and monitoring on onboarding programs
- Support in organizing Diploma Engineer Trainee, Graduate Engineer Trainee and Management Trainee programs
- Monitor and follow-up for completion of IDPs for all employees
- Execution and coordination on assessments and development centres
- Support in driving the Employee Engagement survey
