Job Description:
- Check, complete and validate the original claim input.
- Track the material status during the delivery phase. Coordinate to arrange to return the material back to the supplier by coordinating with Supplier/ Supplier Quality team.
- Take necessary steps to release the corrective and preventive action for product issues.
- Analysis of claims to monitor and improve claim cycle time in coordination with Supply Chain and Field Operations
- Conduct Material Pre-checks at NI sites to gauge the material conformance to drawings, packing and logistics standards.
- Coordinate with SCQ to resolve any issues arising from the Material pre-check process.
- Field trial and validation of new product development
- Preparation and release of QTBT and Product Safety Incidents
