Job Description: The role description below lists the primary responsibilities for a Support Associate as part of the SAP Product Support team.
Work Experience:
- Overall 2+ years of relevant experience in SAP BW & BW for HANA Database is essential
- Willingness to take the initiative to contribute beyond your own responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of the following
- BW Bex Web Java reporting
- Knowledge of Query Designer, Web Application Designer
- Knowledge of Reporting based on Design Studio and Lumira Designer
- SAP BW Data Modelling, Extraction,Transformation and Loading (ETL), Business Content and Data Extraction
- Knowledge on BW/4HANA
- First hand customer handling experience
