• Diploma/ BE/ B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
• 2020 batch passed out

Job Description:

• Produces machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine.
• Maintaining quality and safety standards
• Keeping records
• Maintaining equipment and supplies.
• Performing Kaizen, Kizuki and Poke Yoke system in respective operations
• Set up and operating CNC BFW 4 Axis and IBARMIA 5 Axis milling machine.
• Experience in operating and making necessary adjustments to achieve the desired results per drawing.
• Experienced in performing work offset using probe and tool offset using tool pre-setter.
• Handsome experience in performing Inspection – In-process and Final Inspection using precision instruments to ensure conformance per drawing.
• Following work instructions for machining activities.
