Key Responsibilities:
- Mapping client needs, analyzing the client’s needs & proposing customized solutions for online Recruitment i.e. talent acquisition, branding etc.
- Pitching, selling & cross selling Monsters online Recruitment solutions to the decision makers in Placement Agencies and Consulting Firms
- Manage complete sales cycle including complex sales situations & acquiring clients based on value based selling & solutions sales approach
- Closely monitoring the competitor activities and plan counter strategies
- Managing volume and value based business
