Qualification for Maruti Suzuki Recruitment 2023:
- B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics & Communication
- Minimum 60 % marks
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand the electrical architecture of HEV/EV
- Understand the high-level performance requirements of vehicle
- Define the IO operation for torque control and torque control flow
- Define the target torque control requirements
- Define the torque damping control requirements
- Define the torque limitation control requirements
- Define the torque control requirements for advanced functions such as one-pedal drive and e-4WD implementations
- Develop the concept and details of drive modes and pedal maps
- Develop the detailed functions and logic for various torque control strategies
- Develop the controller functions and software, including logic development, MIL evaluation, HIL evaluation and vehicle level validation using MBD approach
- Develop diagnostics for torque control
- Implement ISO 26262 Functional Safety requirements
- Functional Testing, System/Component Benchmarking, and database creation
- Working with stakeholders within the organization and outside (suppliers, consultants) for above development
Functional Competencies:
- Working experience of automobile drive and torque control
- Exposure to Hybrid / Electric Control Design, development, Verification and Validation. Familiarity with on board diagnostics.
- Experience in high-level performance requirements of vehicle
- Capability to define the IO operation for torque control and torque control flow
- Working experience in target torque control requirements, torque damping control requirements, and torque limitation control requirements
- Experience in testing at vehicle level
- Experience of System Simulation in Matlab/Simulink or any other tool
- Experience of Model Based Design with Matlab Simulink/State flow
- Experience in testing at controller level (HIL) and vehicle level
- Exposure to appropriate Regulations and Standards of HEV/EV such as AIS 038, AIS 039, AIS 040, AIS 102, AIS 048 etc.
- ECU testing, excellent electrical/electronic troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of ISO 26262
