- Execute monthly plan for their area to meet 100% delivery targets.
- Meet Daily Shift wise production plan as decided.
- Consumption control of resources to Meet budgeted variable cost for area of control.
- Execute system for improving process and equipment efficiency
- Manpower Skill Enhancement to ensure required competency availability in shop.
- Ensure Zero injury and Hazards at workplace
