Job Description: Manage the production in engine assembly in the shifts through optimum utilization of resources in order to ensure efficient & seamless operations & achieve production targets, quality, delivery, safety. Employee engagement & timeline standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving shift wise engine assembly production targets with desired product mix & to fulfil SPD requirements as per plan.
- Analyse & take effective countermeasures to reduce internal as well as external customer complaints by focussing on incoming, in-process & assembly defects to provide defect free engines.
- To control rejection, consumable, direct, indirect tool costs by optimum utilization of all resources to achieve manufacturing cost targets.
- To drive improvement & employee engagement programmes on TPM framework and align with top management initiatives to continuously improve efficiency of the section in safe working environment.
- To develop competency of team members to meet current and future manufacturing standards.
