Job Description:
- Managing the production of components as per plan
- Indenting and trials of new cutting tools and holders for machine shop
- Facilitate Productivity improvement, failure analysis, multitasking of operators
- Meeting the quality requirement of the customer
- Ensuring cost reduction in machining processes and optimum utilization of resources
- Maintaining the shop floor discipline and safe work environment
- Multi-skilling of Engineers and the Technicians to eliminate dependency
- Coordinating with other departments for better functioning of machine shop
- System Implementation as per AS9100, OHSAS, EMS, ISMS, TPM TOC.
- Value the information received, effort spent in creating every piece of information
- Ensuring right information is accessed by right individuals
- Ensuring confidentiality, integrity and availability of information
