Job Description:
18th technology is looking for fresher and experienced professionals for expanding the team to manage the online ecommerce businesses. Candidates will experience in International BPOs are welcome.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handling Customer Queries online and communicating with them by phone or email
- Managing Product Listings and updating on ecommerce portals
- Managing orders and tracking them
- Handling Leads through Email and Chat
- Following up with courier companies to make sure product reaches to our customers on time
- Coordinating with E commerce teams to make sure we have up to date inventory data
- Preparing excel sheets with various prices and product description
- Provide data to accounts as and when required
- Training will be provided.
